SUMMARY:
Site work has begun on construction of the Delphin Downs Apartment Development at 1717 W. Cervantes Street, in the Westside Community Redevelopment Area. Drainage, retaining wall, and utility work are in progress and the project is expected to go vertical in March 2019.
The multi-family development will provide 72 units of affordable housing. The Developer, Southport Financial Services, anticipates completion and occupancy in December 2019. Lease-up is scheduled to begin in September.
