That City Council conduct a Quasi-Judicial hearing at a Special City Council meeting on Thursday, February 14, 2019 to review the Architectural Review Board’s decision of August 16, 2018 regarding 11. E. Romana Street, PHBD/C2A, Contributing Structure.

SUMMARY:
This item (Item 10 - ARB Minutes) came before the ARB as a request from Zarzaur Law requesting approval for a mural on the north side of the building (11 E. Romana Street) as part of a public art project.
At this meeting, four (4) members of the ARB were present. There was a properly made motion and second, the vote resulted in a 2-2 tie; therefore, the item failed and was denied.
This quasi-judicial hearing is a review of that decision.
