BACKGROUND:

 

Scott Sallis, Dalrymple Sallis Architecture, is requesting approval for a new 3-story mixed-use building and a new detached garage and carport located at 29 N. 9th Avenue.  The buildings ground floor contains commercial tenant space while the second and third floors comprise the owner’s residence.  There is a small rooftop terrace with pergola overlooking 9th Avenue.

All relevant documentation is included for your review.  The application does not include the review comments and/or approval from the Aragon Architectural Review Board.
