Morgan Spear is requesting approval for the following modifications and additions to a contributing structure:
1. Install white-painted wood railings to the front porch;
2. Resurface and re-stabilize the front porch floor with concrete and porch stairs with brick;
3. Replace front concrete pathway with matching brick;
4. Install a 10’x14’ wood shed in rear yard;
5. Install 6.5’ flat-topped wood privacy fence on the sides of the shed;
6. Install a 3.5’ white-painted wood picket fence along the side and front yards; and
7. Install a 20’ x 20’ driveway at southeast corner of the property to accommodate off-street parking.
