BACKGROUND:

Ross Pristera, UWF Historic Trust, is requesting approval to repair the south porch on the Tivoli High House replica. The scope of work will include board-for-board replacement of the wood railings, trim and second floor decking and the replacement of the ground floor wood decking with Aeratis. The south elevation will also be repainted with the existing paint palette.
