BACKGROUND:

Whitley Esteban is requesting approval to renovation and refurbish a contributing structure. The scope of proposed work will include elevating the home to approximately 34” above grade and adding new brick piers with wood lattice infill. Additionally, the non-historic brackets along the porch will be removed and an outdoor screened shower will be added to the rear. A new beveled-picket fence will be installed along the south and west property lines and a flat-topped privacy fence will be added along the back. Existing features such as the siding, shutters, windows and doors will be refurbished or repaired with in-kind materials and an in-kind paint palette.
