Exterior Modifications to an Approved Project at a Contributing Structure

end

BACKGROUND:

recommendation

Scott Sallis is requesting approval to renovate the storefront of a contributing structure. This project was approved by the Board in March 2020, and changes to the approved plans were referred to the Board in October. Changes to design include retaining and building on to the storefront knee wall as well as a change from the approved glass garage door to storefront glazing. Materials such as the metal canopy, paint and scone lighting have been previously approved for this project and all future signage will return through an Abbreviated Review. The approved set of plans from March have been included in this packet for comparison and the minutes from February and March have been added for reference.

Please find attached all relevant documentation for your review.
