SUMMARY:
At a special meeting on July 28, 2021, City Council selected Carson-Lovell as the developer they would like the Mayor to negotiate with regarding their proposal for parcels 4 & 5 at Community Maritime Park.
This discussion item allows the developer to give a more in-depth presentation, for Council to have questions and concerns addressed as well as an opportunity for Council
as a body to relay specifically what they would like to see and conversely, what they do not want to see as part of the development.
PRIOR ACTION:
April 22, 2021 - City Council approved the publication of the public notice for disposition of Lots 4 & 5 at the Community Maritime Park Redevelopment
July 12, 2021 - City Council approved the scheduling of a special meeting regarding the redevelopment submitting groups and ranking
July 28, 2021 - City Council held a special meeting where they chose Carson - Lovell as the developer to be negotiated with
