That the Districting Commission hold a Public Hearing on December 15, 2021 regarding the Proposed Districting Plan for Dividing the City into Districts for the Election of Council Members, as required by City Charter Section 6.08(c)(2).

SUMMARY:
City Charter Section 6.08(c)(2) reads as follows:
(2) The commission shall hold one or more public hearings not less than one
month before it submits the plan to the City Council. The commission shall make its plan
available to the public for inspection and comment not less than one month before its public hearing.
This public hearing meets the requirements set forth in City Charter as all requirements have been met.
