Replacement Garage Stairs and a New Front Fence at a Noncontributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Alfred Lojo is seeking approval to replace garage stairs and to add a new metal fence at a noncontributing property.
The proposed stairs will replace the existing staircase which was damaged during Hurricane Sally. The stairs will be a similar design with matching materials and with an expanded second-story landing to accommodate the storage and protection of pool equipment.
A new aluminum fence is also proposed to be installed in the front yard. The fence will be designed to resemble cast iron and will be connect to the existing wood fences on each side of the home.
