Changes to an Approved Accessory Building
end
BACKGROUND:
Frank Daughtry is seeking review and approval for general changes to a previously approved accessory building. The single-story two car garage was originally approved by the board in July 2019. This application is for the garage structure only.
The proposed garage has been shifted two feet to the east to align it more with the neighboring building. The general design has also changed and the roof slope has been increased to match the design features of adjacent residential structures per code. Materials for the garage have remained relatively consistent, with matching fiber cement lap siding, asphalt shingles, a 2/2 double-hung vinyl window, a Wayne Dalton fiberglass door (previously approved), and fiberglass entry doors. The paint colors will also match with a “Wythe Blue” body and “Antique White” trim.
