BACKGROUND:
Michael Carro is requesting approval for a License to Use for improvements within the Right of Way at 178 North Palafox Street. The purpose of this request is to allow for the extension of the existing balcony overhang to continue another 15’- 8” into the right-of-way. The extension will match the width of the existing balcony overhang.
This application has been routed through the various City departments and utility providers. The comments received to date have been included in the attachments.
