BACKGROUND:
Jordan Yee is requesting conceptual review for adjustments and siting of a two-story commercial development. This project received conceptual approval in September 2019 and in May 2020. The future site will be in the south half of an existing parking lot on the northeast corner of Garden and Spring Streets and will include accommodations for a large food hall and several outside areas. Since this packet is for conceptual review, final plans with additional details on all exterior materials and structural information will be brought back to the board in the future.
