Conceptual Review of Alterations to a Contributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Ashley King is requesting conceptual review for changes to the exterior façade of a contributing structure. Since this review is for conceptual approval, specific details on the exterior materials and colors will return to the board in a final review packet. A version of this project was conceptually approved by the board in July 2020 and final plans were approved in September 2020 with comments. Documents from that packet are included, including research from UWF Historic Trust.
For this new submittal, plans show the replacement of the 1970’s rear addition, new openings to match existing, the addition of a front porch on the west wing, and a new second-floor balcony.
