North Hill Preservation District / Zone PR-2
Accessory Structure (Shed) at a Contributing Property
end
BACKGROUND:
Brian Webster is seeking approval to construct a 20’ x 16’ accessory building in the northwest corner of his property. The new shed will be mostly hidden behind an existing residential accessory dwelling unit and meets the zoning requirements for setbacks and rear yard coverage. The building is designed to complement the primary building with matching lap wood siding and trim, and with matching shingles over a 10 on 12 sloped roof. All windows and doors, including the garage doors, will be constructed on site to match the historic materials of the main house. Likewise, the shed will be painted with matching colors.
