Addition of a Shed Roof at a Contributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Scott Holland is seeking final approval for the addition of a shed roof to the north side of a contributing structure. Conceptual review of this application was approved in August 2021 and those drawings are included in the packet. The proposed addition is consistent with what was approved then and will be built with heavy-timber columns, wood brackets, and a 5-v crimp galvalume metal roof to match the existing.
