BACKGROUND:
Scott Sallis is requesting conceptual review of a new three and a half story single-family residence. The structure has been designed after a street scape 2 and its overall exterior reflects those requirements. The new build includes a driveway connecting to 9th Ave which will be shared with the adjacent property. The house will be surrounded in the front by a low painted wood fence and a taller wood fence will surround the pool and outdoor space to the east. Since this packet is for conceptual review, the final design and materials will be provided to the board at a future hearing.
