Final Review for New Construction

end

BACKGROUND:

Bill and Kathy Winter are requesting final review for a new single-story single-family residence with an attached accessory structure. This project received conceptual approval in June 2022 and a Variance in February to increase the maximum allowable rear yard coverage and to reduce the required west side yard setback.

The single-story cottage will have board and batten siding, a standing seam metal roof, and faux brick piers with a recessed stucco-covered foundation. All windows will be fiberglass-clad wood with full divided lites, and the front and rear doors will be aluminum-clad wood. The garage will have carriage-style steel doors and vinyl-clad sliding doors will be hidden on the side of the primary. The driveway will be made with gray concrete pavers and a landscape plan has been included.
