Installation of a Garage Door at a Contributing Structure

end

BACKGROUND:

Precision Door Pensacola is seeking approval to replace French doors on an accessory structure with a new garage door. The proposed replacement door will be roll-up insulated steel with ribbed panels in a “Polar White” color. The door will measure 8’ x 7’ and will be inset within the existing opening. Although the existing opening measures 71” (wide) x 82” (high) and will need to be expanded, there will be no change to the surrounding façade materials (vinyl siding) or details and a representative image of the new door has been provided. Although the primary structure is a contributing building, accessory structures are usually considered noncontributing.
