BACKGROUND:
C-T Homes LLC is seeking final approval for a new single-family residence. The home is planned to have two stories with smooth Hardie lap siding, gray asphalt shingles, vinyl windows with simulated divided lites, and a dropped brick-ledge front porch with a finished floor elevation of 21”-23”. Entry doors will be fiberglass with divided lites, shutters will be wood, and the garage door at the rear will be steel. All Hardi walls and trim will be painted “Simple White” and soffit lighting will illuminate the front porch. The landscape plan has been kept modest with planted sod, typical low flower and shrub plantings along the front, and a crushed oyster shell driveway and front walkway.
