BACKGROUND:
Townes Plus Architects is seeking conceptual review for additions and alterations to a contributing structure. The proposed scope of work will be to construct a kitchen addition and a new porte cochere at the interior of the campus, to enclose the central entryway with storefronts, and to add new stairs and a ramp. All work will be done with in-kind materials as to match the existing building elements. Since this is for conceptual review, further plans and all materials will be provided at a later date. This review is meant to provide the applicants with feedback before final plans are drawn.
