Conceptual Review for a New Mixed-Use Development

BACKGROUND:
STOA Group is seeking conceptual approval for a new six-story mixed-use building with parking, retail, and amenities. The current plans show a zero-lot line development where retail space will be provided at the ground level, parking on floors one and two, and residential units on floors three through six. The primary façade elements will be masonry with metal awnings along Garden and Tarragona. The conceptual west elevation will tie into the future developments to the west with murals and masonry relief. Since this is for conceptual review, a final review will be required at a later date.
