Installation of a Shed at a Contributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Chris Simon is seeking approval to install a site-built shed at the rear of a contributing structure. The 12’ x 12’ accessory structure will be built to resemble the home with matching lap siding, an asphalt shingle roof, and a similar paint palette. The right and left sides will have a vinyl window and the steel entry door is proposed to have simulated divide lites. A small pressure treated ramp will be attached to the front entry and the bottom of the shed will be surrounded by white-painted wood lattice and planted boxwood ferns.
