BACKGROUND:
Philip Olivier is requesting a variance to decrease the minimum distance between an accessory structure and the primary structure of 4 FT to 0.0 FT to accommodate the boat storage building as constructed. The structure was constructed without permits. If authorized, this Variance request would allow the applicant to maintain his accessory structure on the property.
