SUMMARY:
On December 15, 2022, the City Council considered Proposed Ordinance No. 56-22 - Prohibiting Smoking and Use of Vapor-Generating Devices within the City of Pensacola Public Parks. After discussion and amendment, the amended ordinance passed on first reading. A second reading will take place at the City Council meeting on January 19, 2023.
This item seeks to have the EAB send a communication to the City Council stating their support in the passage of this ordinance.
