Replacement Windows at a Noncontributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Randy Martinez is requesting approval to replace nine windows at a noncontributing structure. The existing windows are a mix of metal and wood and many of the frames show significant wood rot. The current front windows are metal. The proposed new windows will be solid vinyl ViWinTech, double hung and one over one which is seen elsewhere in the neighborhood.
