BACKGROUND:
Flynn Built is seeking approval to extend the existing garage on the front elevation. The proposal includes matching the smooth HardiePlank lap siding painted to match the existing canary yellow color, a carriage style garage door painted maroon to match the existing shutters, matching the existing asphalt shingles; reusing the two existing exterior doors; and adding one LED flood light.
