Exterior Alterations at a Non-Contributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Stan Albright with SWA Construction is seeking approval for exterior alterations at a non-contributing structure. The applicant is proposing to replace all five front windows with single hung vinyl windows with four over four grilles-between-the-glass, the front door will be replaced with a mahogany door with two over three true divided lites, the second-story French door will be infilled and replaced with the same mahogany door as the front, siding is to be replaced with Hardie smooth lap siding, and the front elevation will be painted Sherwin Williams Classic Light Buff.
