SUMMARY:

The parking lot at 1060 N. Guillemard St. is owned by the City of Pensacola and serves the tenant, First City Art Center. The lot needs rehabilitation due to deterioration that exceeds simply resurfacing. Staff contacted the three area asphalt providers with a request to quote this job. Roads Inc. was the only provider that submitted a quote to complete this work. The area will be milled, repaved, and remarked for parking.
