Exterior Alterations at a Non-Contributing Structure

BACKGROUND:
Dalrymple Sallis Architecture is seeking approval for the addition of an exterior stair, door, and window at a non-contributing structure. The stair will be composed of cumaru decking with a powder-coated aluminum rail with a pressure-treated 2 x 6 wood wrap enclosure and the four-panel door and vinyl clad wood window will match existing.
