BACKGROUND:
Dalrymple Sallis Architecture is seeking approval for changes to a previously approved outdoor space at 202 S. Palafox Street, located between 200 South Tap House and Graffiti Pizza. This phased project includes new paving to infill the existing site, installation of artificial turf in the rear, a new bar under the existing 200 South Tap House awning with roll down shutters, plantings, and string lighting throughout. The applicants are working with the Downtown Improvement Board and adjacent property owners to bring a trash compactor to the block at a later date, which will remove the existing dumpster.
