That City Council refer to the Planning Board for its review and recommendation, a request from the East Hill Neighborhood Association for an overlay district. Further, that the Planning Board work with the neighborhood groups in gathering input for this overlay district.

SUMMARY:
In order to preserve the character of the East Hill Neighborhood(s), the East Hill Neighborhood Association is requesting an Overlay District be established for East Hill. This action will send this matter to the members of the Planning Board for their review and recommendation. The Planning Board is encouraged to work with and seek input from the neighborhood groups in the establishment of this Overlay District.
