SUMMARY:
As we begin the FY20 budget preparation cycle, this item seeks to discuss the Budget Process from both the Mayoral and City Council perspective. Further, a discussion of a possible workshop for the Mayor and Council to set forth a strategic plan and set of priorities to be followed during the budgeting process.
