Dan Martin is seeking approval to replace the windows at a noncontributing structure. The current windows date to 1979 and after and are a mix of aluminum, vinyl, wood, and fiberglass. The proposed window is a white, double hung vinyl unit with a 2 over 2 divided lite pattern. The existing trim and sills will remain.
