BACKGROUND:

Nicholas Pica, Studio Pica Designs, is seeking approval for exterior renovations to a contributing structure. The scope of work includes the removal and addition of a window to the rear, the replacement of windows on the left elevation, and relocation of a window on the right. All new windows will be aluminum-clad wood windows and will match those that were approved by the board in September 2006. The applicants are also requesting approval to repaint the house using Sherwin Williams historic paint colors to reflect the past paint palette seen in the Florida Master Site file image. Additionally, a gas lantern on a yok bracket will be added to the front porch.
