BACKGROUND:

Dick Lacour is requesting approval for exterior modifications to two noncontributing structures. The two single family residences are new builds approved by the Board in January 2019. Originally, a vacant lot located between the two properties was intended for a third home. The property owners have since incorporated the three lots into two equal parcels to accommodate larger side yards and space for off-street parking for the two lots. The applicant is requesting to enclose the rear yards with 6’ flat-topped wood privacy fencing. The applicant is also proposing to install concrete ribbon driveways and walkways. An Abbreviated Review for this request was referred to the Full Board in October 2020.
