That City Council award a contract to Larry Hall Construction, Inc. for ITB #18-011 Gull Point Repairs & Renovation for $254,500.00 plus a 10% contingency of $25,450 for a total amount of $279,950.00. Further, that City Council authorize the Mayor to execute all contracts, related documents, and take all related actions necessary to complete the project.

SUMMARY:
The project generally consists of interior renovations to the existing Resource Center and adjacent pavilion. The work includes, but is not limited to remodeling of the 4 toilet rooms and expansion of the kitchen. New interior finishes will be applied to the walls, ceilings, and floorings, new suspended ceilings, countertops, kitchen appliances and lighting will be also be installed.
Seven firms responded to the Invitation To Bid. They were:

Emerald Coast Constructors, Inc., LLC.
Larry Hall Construction, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder.
