SUMMARY:
The St. Paul Robotic Club has worked on and developed a conceptual solution to some ADA issues at the Boy Scout hut at Miraflores Park; this is part of a competition to use technology to solve ADA issues.
The Boy Scout hut is in the process of being added to the National Register. The building is largely utilized by Veterans and other groups with many elderly participants. One of the challenges faced was developing a concept without compromising the historical integrity of the 1934, Civilian Conservation Corp structure.
This presentation will give the club an opportunity to show City Council the concept they developed.
