Input for the Plan preparation was gathered from the Resident Advisory Board survey, held during February/March 2020. A public hearing was scheduled on May 1, 2020 but was canceled due to COVID-19 public gathering concerns. All participant comments were considered in the Plan preparation and are included.
The Plans must be approved by the governing board of the PHA in accordance with approved program requirements, and Certifications of Compliance must be signed by an authorized official. The approved Plans and Certifications must be submitted to HUD by October 18, 2020.
