SUMMARY:
Mr. Morgan V. Riley passed away on March 18, 2022. Losing his battle with depression, he took his own life leaving behind his wife, 5-year-old daughter, and parents. The request for planting a Pumpkin Ash Tree stems from its Irish symbolism as the tree of life and immortality.
PRIOR ACTION:
May 19, 2022 - Parks and Recreation Board approved this request.
