SUMMARY:
The PEDC was established through the adoption of a legislative act in 1989, amending Chapter 67-1365, laws of Florida providing for a change in the membership structure of the PEDC.
This item requests additional legislative amendment to the Statute and will be provided to the Legislature for potential action during their 2019 session.
