SUMMARY:
Pursuant to Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes, the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) of the City of Pensacola must file with the governing body on or before March 31st of each year, a report of its activity for the preceding fiscal year, which report shall include a complete financial statement setting forth its assets, liabilities, income, and operating expenses as of the end of such fiscal year. Once completed, a notice will be published in a newspaper of general circulation which states that the FY 2016 CRA Annual Report has been filed and is available for review in the City Clerk’s office. The notice of publication was published in the Pensacola News Journal newspaper.
