SUMMARY:
The City has received a request from D12 Capital for Final Plat approval of “La Feliciana” subdivision. The proposed subdivision is located in the C-3 (Wholesale & Light Industry) zoning district, and will create 4 lots measuring 31 feet in width from the 0.258 acre parcel. The Final Plat has been reviewed by the applicable City Staff and utility providers for compliance with the City’s subdivision requirements.
On May 9, 2017, the City’s Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the final plat.
