SUMMARY:

                                          

The City has received a request from 349 LLC for Final Plat approval of “Hallmark” subdivision.  The site is the location of the former Hallmark Elementary School. The proposed subdivision is located in the C-3 (Wholesale & Light Industry) zoning district, and will create 76 lots measuring 20 feet in width from the 5.09 acre parcel.     The Final Plat has been reviewed by the applicable City Staff and utility providers for compliance with the City’s subdivision requirements.   

 

On May 9, 2017, the City’s Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the final plat.
