SUMMARY:
The City has received a request from Richard Boehm for approval of the vacation of a 51.25’ portion of the Bay Boulevard right of way, adjacent to property located at 500 Bay Boulevard. The applicant has indicated that the purpose of the request is to allow privacy to his home and enable him to make improvements to the property. He has also indicated that he intends to work with the neighborhood to maintain the right-of-way that abuts his property to the south for the neighborhood’s enjoyment.
On April 11, 2017, the Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of the request.
