That City Council accept and approve the following names of four (4) individuals for service on this Committee and add an additional member at a later date and that an initial meeting date be established for this committee to meet.

SUMMARY:

 

The City Council has approved an Economic Feasibility Study of the 50+ acres currently occupied by the Port of Pensacola.  A committee is to be formed to assist with the hiring of a consultant to conduct the actual study, wherein this committee is to assist in the identification of the consultant as well as to identify a scope of work.

 

The above names are submitted for your consideration for this committee along with a request to establish an initial meeting date for this committee.

 

PRIOR ACTION:                     

 

September 7, 2016 - Council approved an Economic Feasibility Study of the fifty (50+) acres currently occupied by the Port of Pensacola

 

November 14, 2016 - Council conducted a Workshop wherein a discussion of the selection of Study Committee members took place
