SUMMARY:

The 2000 Airport Master Plan identified 65 acres of adjacent land for future development of an Air Commerce Park.  With the support of funding through multiple agency grants, the Airport has acquired 91 residential properties and 24 commercial properties.  There are 4 residential parcels and 3 commercial parcels remaining to be purchased that will be eligible under this grant. Additionally, to prepare the area for future development, all existing buildings need to be removed.  To date, eighty-six parcels have either been or are in the process of being cleared.  The demolition of remaining structures will be eligible under this grant.
