SUMMARY:
ECUA has obtained permits from the City for the placement of an Emergency Storage Tank to be located at 1751 N. Guillemard St.
At the September 14, 2017 City Council meeting; City Council asked the City Attorney to provide a legal opinion, inter alia, where any statutory requirements violated by ECUA.
This item will allow for receipt of the legal opinion as well as further discussion and/or action deemed necessary and appropriate by the City Council.
