SUMMARY:
The lawsuit styled Daniel D. Lindeman and Gerald W. Holzworth v. the City of Pensacola, the City of Pensacola Community Redevelopment Agency, and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, filed in Circuit Court on November 3, 2017, concerning the Fish Hatchery Lease at Bruce was dismissed by the plaintiffs on June 27, 2018.
PRIOR ACTION:
November 6, 2017 - The CRA called for an Emergency Meeting to select legal counsel for representation of the CRA in pending litigation.
November 9, 2017 - The CRA held an Emergency Meeting and selected legal counsel, from a list of qualified attorneys provided by the City Attorney, to represent the CRA in the subject litigation.
