FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Funding in the amount of $200,000 for the Sanders Beach Boat Ramp Project in the Local Option Sales Tax Series IV was originally planned for FY 2019.  However, due to the need to address the condition of the piers sooner, the funds were appropriated in FY 2018 on the Unencumbered Carryover Resolution (Res #17-76) approved by City Council in November, 2017.  The balances remaining in the Penny for Progress Plan have been carried forward on supplemental budget resolutions each year to fund the project.
